Suggestions Please
I have been trying to eat healthier, only partly because I would like to lose some weight but mostly just to be healthier. However, this week the premenstral cravings have taken over- if its fat or sugar ladden I want it. Oh and carbs are good too. Is there something healthy I can eat to satisfy these cravings?

Laura, I really wish I knew the answers to dieting while craving sweets during your cycle. I craved so badly when I used to get it. Even though I had a hysterectomy I still get the cravings at the end of month. I thought it would stop, but it doesn't.
I was told if you eat something sour it takes the cravings away. If you try it, let me know if it worked for you.
Try not to give up on eating healthy even though you have cravings because it will work out in the end. Losing I mean.
This is claire, and i think that's mom's department...i have no clue because i still wrestle with that stuff :(
I recommend you....stay away from me because I seem to be bad for that with you!
If you are craving sweets--then eat something sweet--eat fruits. They are very healthy for you and cleansing at the same time. And supply your body with minerals & vitamins. As for the fat hmmmm I will have to research that one.
