Maybe you can help me draft a complaint letter to cingular. When I need Tom to get all angry and use it for good he backs down. Of course in a situation where it is not useful for him to be defiant-like say when he's double parked and a police officer comes, that's when it kicks in! Go figure. So maybe you can help me draft a complaint letter.....
